Privacy policy

We only collect the data we need to take and fulfil your order and to run the shop.

• Order details: your name, email address, delivery and billing addresses, phone number if you give one, and the items you buy including any personalisation text, measurements or vehicle selection.
• Account details: your email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), saved addresses and order history if you create an account.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used for security, fraud prevention and to keep the site working.
• Messages you send us by email.

We process your data to perform our contract with you (taking payment, preparing and delivering your order, handling returns), to meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting records, and for our legitimate interests in keeping the site secure and improving it.

We send transactional emails about your order, your account and password resets. We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked for them, and you can opt out at any time.

We share data only with the services needed to run the shop, and only the data each one needs.

• Stripe, to process payments.
• Delivery carriers, to ship your order and provide tracking.
• Our hosting, email and file storage providers, who store data on our behalf under contract.
• Authorities where the law requires it.

Order records are kept for six years after the order to meet UK tax and accounting rules. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security.

We use strictly necessary cookies to remember your region, your cart, your sign-in session and your display preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. Payments made through Stripe may set cookies that Stripe needs for fraud prevention.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask us to transfer it to another service. Email contact@nexibe.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. Significant changes will also be sent to account holders by email.
