Terms of use and sale

Nexibe Ltd is a UK company selling a range of products, some of which can be personalised or are made to fit specific items. You can contact us at contact@nexibe.com.

When you place an order we send an order confirmation email. Our contract to supply the items starts when we accept the order by dispatching it. We may decline an order, for example where an item is unavailable, a price was displayed incorrectly, or we cannot verify payment; if we do, we refund anything you have paid.

Because some items are made to order, we may not be able to change or cancel an order once work on it has started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected region and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Personalised items are priced from the size or text you enter, and the price shown on the product page is the price you pay.

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We accept major cards and the wallet payment methods shown at checkout.

You are responsible for the text and measurements you enter. Please check them before you order. We make exactly what you enter, and items made to your specification cannot be returned unless they are faulty or differ from what you ordered.

Where a product lists the makes, models, years or devices it fits, that information comes from our own testing and measurements. If an item does not fit the option you selected at checkout, we will replace or refund it under our returns policy. Fit for options that were not selected is not guaranteed.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Risk in the items passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave. Please check parcels on arrival and tell us about damage within 48 hours.

Our returns policy explains how to return unwanted items within 30 days and what to do if something arrives damaged or faulty. If an item is faulty you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You may use nexibe.com to browse and buy. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, interfere with its operation or use it for anything unlawful. Product designs, photographs and text on the site belong to Nexibe Ltd and may not be copied without permission.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything else that cannot be excluded by law. We are not responsible for business losses.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes can be brought in the courts of England and Wales, or in your local courts if you live elsewhere in the UK.
