Delivery and returns

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and depend on your region and chosen method. Estimated arrival windows are provided per option before you pay.

You can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or from your account's orders page.

We ship to many countries. Duties and taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises on delivery.

Unhappy with your order? Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Need a different size or colour? Start a return and place a new order, or contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange where possible.
